The Faith House Mission

Nov 2020: FAITH HOUSE IS UNDERGOING A MOVE! Some exciting things happening around the Faith House ministry, and a little sadness as well. The ministry is moving out of Minneapolis about an hour North to Pine City. This will bring a whole new atmosphere as a place of respite for Missionaries. The new Faith House will be on 10 Forested acres with access to a River. It is a spot that just melts your cares away. I am excited to share more with you and this page will be update when everything is finalized. One downside is that the new place will need some construction to finish off a fully self contained guest house for Missionaries to relax. It will probably take about a year to get the new location up and running. Pictures of this amazing site coming soon. Until then, reservations will be suspended.

Reneé Carlisle

My name is Reneé Carlisle, welcome to my home.  I am the missionary care coordinator at my church and have had a long-time love of Missionaries.  I am also an avid HGTV watcher who has always wanted to do a home renovation.  What a wonderful thing when God brought those two passions, along with my gift of hospitality, together to create this Missions House.  As I was transforming the house, God placed the vision on my heart of using it as a place where Missionaries coming to the area could have a home away from home.  What a great thing for me to be able to spend time with Missionaries and hear their heart while taking any anxiety they have away about a place to stay.

So, if you are a Missionary in need of a place to stay for a few weeks while you are in the Twin Cities I hope you will reach out and consider staying with me. I can’t wait to hear what God is doing in your ministry.
